Job summary

HD Fowler Company is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist at our Bellevue, Washington corporate offices. You will approve, code and process invoices, handle overhead invoices, credit/debit memos, and support weekly check runs while maintaining strong relations with vendors and internal buyers.

HD Fowler Company is looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist, who will be responsible for compiling and processing A/P records at our Corporate Offices in Bellevue, Washington.HD Fowler is a family company that has been in business for over 100 years and is the single best distributor of water and wastewater solutions in the Northwest region. At HD Fowler, we love to grow and promote our most valuable resource, our people, from within.Responsibilities:Approve, code and process invoices for payment, cost freight, and issue sales orders.Code and process overhead invoices.Process credit memos and issue debit memos.Credit and debit cost adjustment to inventory and sales.Balance statements and research payment issues.Resolve vendor and buyer inquiries and/or discrepancies as they arise.Maintain a strong relation with internal buyers and external vendors.Assisting in processing weekly check runs.Responsible for vendor account maintenance and collection of return credits.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
