Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate required.

• Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred.
• Subject-matter depth in avionics, powerplant, or structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site instructional team; own scheduling, teaching evaluations, coaching, and academic quality.
• Ensure FAA Part 147 regulatory compliance and audit readiness with accurate records.
• Manage site capacity to meet enrollment and completion targets while preserving quality.
• Develop instructors and build bench depth; support instructor career-pathing.
