Job summary

National Airlines is seeking an A&P/Ride-On Technician to repair, test, and maintain aircraft engines and systems in compliance with FAA and customer specs. The role includes inspections during assembly and after installation, and documenting procedures.

The ride-on mechanic schedule is twenty days on, ten off. The ideal candidate holds an FAA A&P certificate, is willing to travel domestically and internationally, and can work at heights up to 20 feet.

Qualifications

• FAA certificated mechanic with A&P ratings and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
• Able to operate in confined spaces and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Services, inspects, and maintains aircraft, engines, and associated components.
• Reviews aircraft logs with flight crews on trip arrivals.
• Repairs, maintenance, overhaul, and inspection of equipment per procedures.
• Maintains clean, safe work areas and tools; follows quality standards.
• Coordinates parts inventory and returns; completes paperwork per regulations.
• Performs fueling or defueling as required.
