Job summary

Yingling Aviation in Wichita, KS is hiring A&P mechanics across experience levels. You’ll perform maintenance, inspections and repairs on piston and turboprop aircraft per FAA rules, with pay set by verified experience.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered on top of the published rate. The role is full-time, on-site in Wichita with a Monday–Friday schedule, and a defined pay ladder beginning at $32.00/hour up to $57.00/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to define problems, collect data and draw conclusions.
• Experience with maintenance tracking systems (Corridor) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, repairs on piston and turboprop aircraft per FAA and company procedures.
• Troubleshoot systems and resolve discrepancies to root cause.
• Document maintenance records accurately and timely in Corridor.
• Coordinate with QA, Planning, Engineering and Parts teams.
