Job summary
STS Line Maintenance is seeking A&P Mechanics for our San Antonio, TX based operations with a focus on line maintenance excellence. You will support maintenance tasks for multiple aircraft types, ensuring airworthiness and adherence to procedures.
Candidates must hold FAA A&P certification; turbine experience is a plus. Tools provided, outdoor work, and a dynamic schedule are expected as part of our nationwide network.
Qualifications
- FAA A&P certification required with no infractions.
- Experience on turbine powered aircraft is a plus.
- Experience on Boeing 737 or Airbus A320/A330 is desired but not required.
- Own set of standard line maintenance tools; specialty tooling provided.
- Able to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Work under supervision of the Line Maintenance Station Manager and Station Leads.
- Ensure aircraft are maintained to airworthiness standards and regulations.
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, adjust and repair airframes and engines.
- Maintain quality and integrity in all maintenance actions.
- Use precision instruments to measure parts and perform repairs.
- Work outdoors, in varying weather, on various aircraft including A320, 737, A300, A330, CRJ and Embraer 170.
