Home base: Live in any of 34 major U.S. airport cities – we fly you to the work
Employment type: Full-time, direct hire
Why This Role Stands Out
Most A&P jobs make you choose between great pay and where you want to live. This one doesn't. You'll keep a large Learjet 60 fleet flying for a well-established Part 135 executive jet charter operator with 35+ years in business – and you can do it from home base in one of 34 cities across the country.
- Top-tier pay: $60/hr to start, $70/hr for leads, plus overtime readily available
- Real time off: 8 days on, 6 days off, with alternating holidays
- Ownership from day one: Stock options that start vesting your first day
- Travel fully covered: Airline tickets, hotels, and up to $60/day for meals on the company card. Authorized travel time is paid.
- Small crews, high standards: Work next to skilled techs who take pride in the job, in a culture where accountability is expected and egos are left at the door
What You'll Do

- Complete all work according to manufacturer manuals and FAA-accepted or approved data
- Follow applicable FARs, company procedures (GPM), and the FAA-approved Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program
- Read and interpret aircraft technical manuals and electrical drawings
- Move aircraft in the hangar and on the ramp, including tow-tractor operation
- Join weekly maintenance meetings to review project progress and resolve phase inspection, service, and repair issues with the Director of Maintenance
