Job Description

Your challenges:

  • Perform detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of parts and components.
  • Conduct operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctions or failures in aircraft systems such as equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel system, hydraulics, landing gear, doors, fuselage, stabilizer, rotor systems, power plant, and engine controls.
  • Participate in flight tests on aircraft, log work performed, and interface with customers for delivery, including preparation for delivery inspection and addressing any issues discovered by the customer.
Additional Information

This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed.

Qualifications
  • Minimum six (6) years of aviation maintenance experience, with some experience on helicopters.
  • Current FAA A&P license OR the ability to qualify for a Repairman Certificate (requires 18 months of maintenance experience on Airbus manufactured helicopters).
  • Experience with Safran Turbomeca engines is preferred but not required.
  • General knowledge of standard practices and troubleshooting methods.
  • US Person under ITAR definition required (e.g., U.S. Citizen, green card holder, or person covered under existing ITAR license).
