Job summary

Bristow Special Mission is seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, servicing, and repairs on our aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and internal procedures.

The role supports safe flight operations, including launch and recovery, corrosion control, and general aircraft maintenance. Candidates must hold an FAA A&P certificate and demonstrate strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires FAA A&P certificate and ability to read maintenance manuals and engineering docs.
• Experience with electrical and avionics troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong adherence to FARs and company procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, servicing, and repairs on aircraft.
• Documents all maintenance actions in accordance with FARs and procedures.
• Assists with launch and recovery of aircraft for flights.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and aircraft parts control and housekeeping.
• Provides on‑the‑job training and supports other maintenance personnel as needed.
• May assume lead mechanic duties as assigned.
