AIRTEC, Inc. seeks an experienced Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic to support maintenance operations at California, MD. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled tasks on aircraft per FAA standards and ensure records and reporting are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Must possess FAA-issued Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to secure and maintain a secret level security clearance.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on assigned aircraft.
• Follows FAA standards and company procedures.
• Maintains complete and accurate maintenance records.
• Conducts inspections and follow-up as required.
• Inspects engines, landing gear, instruments, and other systems.
• Repairs sheet metal or composite surfaces and assemblies.
