Job summary

Frontier Airlines in Phoenix is seeking an A&P Aircraft Mechanic to support the Airbus A320 fleet. You will perform hands‑on maintenance, follow FAA regulations, and work under the lead mechanic or station supervisor while building qualifications through structured training and on‑the‑job experience.

This role offers a base pay of $32.00 per hour plus premiums for licenses, run/taxi qualification, and graveyard differential.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA A&P certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Two years of maintenance experience on A320‑series or similar aircraft, or completion of an accredited A&P training course.
• Ability to obtain taxi and run‑up qualification within six months of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform approved maintenance on Airbus A320‑series aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and Frontier procedures.
• Conduct inspections, repairs, and component maintenance as assigned by lead mechanic or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and enter data into FMIS and other systems.
• Follow MEL/CDL/NEF procedures and uphold tool control and FOD prevention.
