Zusammenfassung

PHI Health is seeking a licensed A&P Mechanic to support its life-saving helicopter fleet based near Livingston, TX. The role requires an FAA A&P certificate (airframe and powerplant) and at least two years of certified maintenance experience, with the ability to travel and work night shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience as a certified mechanic.
• Must be able to pass pre-placement physical exam and drug/background screenings.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work night shifts.
• Sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Review and evaluate daily maintenance or inspection requirements to maintain airworthiness.
• Notify Lead Mechanic of unusual situations requiring schedule changes or extra manpower.
• Maintain aircraft at field bases and manage stock levels and spares as needed.
• Ensure safety and security of all company assets at field bases.
• Certify work on aircraft logs and inspection forms per FAA and PHI Health requirements.
• Maintain RAMCO entries and document work packages and status sheets.
