Zusammenfassung

Kalitta Charters II in Ypsilanti, MI is seeking Airframe and Powerplant Licensed Mechanics to ensure inspections, servicing, repairs, and maintenance are performed per the aircraft maintenance manual, company policies, and Repair Station manual.

Candidates must hold an A&P license (both A&P and 1: preferred) and have at least two years of experience on large fixed-wing aircraft; ability to pass a DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience working on large fixed-wing aircraft preferred.
• Must pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Preflight and post flight checks.
• Discrepancy repair.
• Safely work in a shop environment using tools and equipment as necessary.
• Complete assigned tasks outdoors and in inclement weather if required.
• Ensure that work performed gets inspected by the appropriate inspection personnel.
• Complete required documentation for work performed.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair aircraft and/or engines as assigned.
