Job summary

Jet Excellence, LLC is seeking an A&P Mechanic to troubleshoot, inspect, and repair aircraft systems under FAA regulations. You will work under the Director of Maintenance to ensure fleet reliability and 24/7 readiness, with responsibilities spanning in-hangar and mobile AOG support.

Requirements include a valid FAA A&P certificate, US work authorization, and at least 2 years of maintenance experience, with familiarity to Citation X preferred. Knowledge of safety and record-keeping is essential.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience, supervisory exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair aircraft systems per FAA regulations and company standards.
• Diagnose mechanical discrepancies and determine corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance control and operations to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.
• Support hangar maintenance and mobile AOG response to ensure operational continuity.
