About the Opportunity:

We’re hiring a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join a skilled team at a Part 145 MRO facility in Youngstown, Ohio. In this hands-on role, your work will directly impact the safety, performance, and reliability of a diverse fleet. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals passionate about aviation and eager to work in a dynamic, safety-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and alterations in accordance with work orders, FAA regulations, and company procedures.
• Conduct preliminary, progressive, and final inspections under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance.
• Verify incoming documentation and parts align with aircraft requirements.
• Accurately complete and maintain all required logs, records, and forms for the repair station.

Qualifications:

• Valid A&P License is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on corporate aircraft (5+ years preferred).
• Avionics experience is a plus.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Vienna, OH 44473 prior to start.
