Major qualifications include an FAA A&P license and 3–5 years of aviation maintenance experience; the role requires reading wiring diagrams, working under pressure, and maintaining meticulous records while supporting a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license required.
• 3–5 years aviation maintenance experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Background check including employment, education and criminal history.
• Safety‑Sensitive role under FAA regulations with testing.

Responsibilities

• Communicate maintenance status changes with Operations.
• Coordinate maintenance issues on Cessna Citation series aircraft.
• Ensure accurate information using Avianis/CAMP and Corridor systems.
• Evaluate discrepancies and develop recovery plans.
• Ensure downed aircraft are repaired safely and timely.
