Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking an A&P Licensed Maintenance Controller to communicate with pilots about aircraft airworthiness and coordinate maintenance support. The Maintenance Control Center monitors maintenance from AOG to RTS, ensuring timely, safe repairs for the Cessna Citation fleet.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of aviation maintenance experience, an FAA A&P license, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years aviation maintenance experience required (military or commercial, corporate preferred).
• Prior experience with maintenance task management.
• Must hold an FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment.
• Position is classified as a safety-sensitive role under FAA regulations and is subject to mandatory pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations and advise of aircraft maintenance status changes.
• Coordinate maintenance operation issues on the Cessna Citation series aircraft.
• Ensure accurate and timely information is conveyed using Avianis/CAMP and Corridor systems.
• Evaluate reported aircraft discrepancies and develop an appropriate recovery plan.
• Ensure that all aircraft down for maintenance are repaired safely, per OEM and regulatory instruction, and in a timely manner.

Job Summary

A&P Licensed Maintenance Controllers communicate directly with pilots regarding aircraft airworthiness and facilitate maintenance support when needed. The Maintenance Control Center (MCC) monitors all aspects of the maintenance process from Aircraft on Ground (AOG) to Return to Service (RTS).

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations and advise of aircraft maintenance status changes.
