Job summary

Devon Energy Corporation is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Technician to join the corporate flight department at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, TX. Qualifications

• FAA A&P license required; IA a plus.
• 3-5 years of hands-on corporate aircraft maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airworthiness standards, and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, ensuring aircraft are in impeccable condition.
• Maintain aircraft in the highest state of mechanical readiness and airworthiness.
• Assist with dispatch and recovery of aircraft to support seamless departures and arrivals from IAH and destination fields.
• Stay informed on service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and maintenance advisories for company aircraft.
• Communicate with the Director of Maintenance regarding statuses, deferred items, and parts needed.
• Assist with inventory management for spare parts, ground support equipment (GSE), and company vehicles.
