Qualifications

• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings is required.
• Experience as aviation maintenance technician is preferred.
• Associate Degree or higher in Aviation Maintenance or related field is preferred.
• FAA Inspection Authorization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach all courses in the Aviation Maintenance curriculum.
• Ensure safety in labs and hangar per FAA, EPA and OSHA standards.
• Develop and deliver FAA-compliant instruction for face-to-face, online and lab settings.
• Contribute to program assessments and ongoing curriculum improvements.
