Job summary

Ameriflight, LLC, the nation’s largest Part 135 cargo airline, seeks qualified aircraft mechanics to maintain a fleet of SA 340B, EMB-120, SA227, Beechcraft 1900 and Beechcraft 99. Work involves inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs in a fast-paced setting, with potential travel for training and field support.

Ideal candidates hold an FAA Aircraft Mechanic certificate with A&P ratings, are at least 18, and can read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid FAA Aircraft Mechanic certificate with Airframe & Powerplant ratings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on company aircraft per policy, manufacturer recommendations, and FARs.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair airframe and powerplant components.
• Document work completed per procedures and FARs.
