Job summary

LE100 F&E Aircraft Maintenance (Miami), LLC is seeking an Aircraft Technician to perform line maintenance on customers' aircraft. Responsibilities include servicing aircraft, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate must hold a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License and be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Aircraft technician with A320 and/or 40 hours of Gen Fam experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, and use hand and finger dexterity.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Read and write English.
• Pass airport security background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform line maintenance on various customers' aircraft.

Job description

Job Duties

• Perform line maintenance (on-call and scheduled) on various customers' aircraft.
• Perform routine maintenance and airworthiness releases within the scope of approval, returning aircraft to service.
• Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components to meet deadlines and performance goals.
• Troubleshoot systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain fully functioning equipment according to approved technical data provided by the customer.
• Ensure departing aircraft are safe per FARs, carrier and manufacturer manuals, and that all work is properly documented.
• Collaborate and communicate with the air carrier’s maintenance control center as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Current valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
• Aircraft technician with A320 and/or 40 hours of Gen Fam experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, and use hand and finger dexterity; climb, balance, bend, or crawl, occasionally from heights in precarious places.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Awareness of working near moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and loud noises.
• Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information.
• Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
• Read and write English.
• Pass airport security background checks.
• Travel for work as required.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
