Breeze Airways is seeking Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) to perform maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alterations of Breeze aircraft. The AMT will troubleshoot, run-up, taxi, and sign mechanical flight releases under FAA regulations and Breeze procedures.

Responsibilities include completing Breeze forms, maintaining documentation, and ensuring airworthiness while adhering to Breeze values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement.
• Must hold a current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) with no history of infractions and recent experience on commercial aircraft types.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
• Must have authorization to work in the US as defined by law.
• Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
• Must be willing to travel 20% of the time.
• Must be willing to work with other departments within the company as needed.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
• Must pass a TSA fingerprint-based background check and Breeze background check.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge per TSA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all assigned maintenance duties in accordance with Breeze General Maintenance Manual (GMM).
• Responsible and accountable for all work performed.
• Complete Breeze forms on all work assigned and performed.
• Handle all parts, units, assemblies, and aircraft during repairs.
• Keep documentation up to date for open discrepancies and corrective actions.
• Complete all documentation for maintenance work or inspections accurately.
• Submit OJT Task Cards on time and accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and operable work area with tools accounted for.
• Care for and use tooling and equipment used for aircraft maintenance.
• Notify supervisor and team of any condition affecting airworthiness.
• Maintain a valid A&P or Repairman certificate for inspection by FAA/NTSB/Breeze.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Leadership, MOC, and/or DOM.
• Achieve performance measures and uphold Breeze values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, Excellence.
