Job summary

Republic Airways is seeking a LIFT Academy A&P Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications and inspections on aircraft and components in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

The role requires an FAA A&P license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for avionics experience and strong troubleshooting skills. Candidates must be able to work in a team, follow manuals, and maintain safety and documentation throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires FAA A&P license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with aircraft avionics is preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to follow aircraft maintenance manuals and FAA/OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications and maintenance on aircraft and components.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and execute maintenance work orders.
• Use calibration verification and proper tooling for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and document work performed.
• Adhere to RSQCM procedures and safety regulations; participate in shift turnover.
