Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks a pediatric travel clinician for a Level 1 pediatric trauma center in Charlotte, NC. The assignment covers full scope pediatrics and neonates with a mix of 8- and 10-hour days and guaranteed 40 hours per week, plus weekday and weekend call.

PALS certification is required; occasional adult cases are possible. Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing, and 24-hour consultant support.

Qualifications

• PALS certification required.
• Experience with full scope pediatrics and neonates preferred.
• Ability to work in a Level 1 pediatric trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope pediatric and neonatal care.
• Work a mix of 8- and 10-hour days with 40 hours per week guaranteed.
• Participate in weekday and weekend call (Fridays and Sundays or Saturdays).
• Occasional adult cases may occur (<5% of assignments).
