Job summary

Cadillac of Englewood Cliffs is seeking an A-Level Technician to join our service team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. You will perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across all vehicle systems, including Cadillac luxury technologies, infotainment, driver assistance, and EV platforms.

The ideal candidate has five or more years as an automotive technician, strong diagnostic proficiency, and the ability to communicate clearly with Service Advisors. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as automotive technician; Cadillac luxury experience preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school.
• GM ASE, GM High Voltage Battery Repair, and WCT certifications preferred; NJ inspector license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs per repair orders to Cadillac factory standards.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and repairs Cadillac vehicles, including EV platforms.
• Uses GM diagnostic equipment and service information systems.
• Communicates with Parts Department to obtain parts.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and documents procedures.
