Job summary

Super Tech Automotive is seeking an experienced A-Level or Master Automotive Technician in a well-equipped, air-conditioned shop. The role emphasizes diagnosing complex issues, performing high-level repairs, and maintaining productivity with a focus on 45–60 flagged hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an A-Level, Master, or highly experienced automotive technician.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Professional technician tools are required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• ASE certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, mechanical and computer-related problems.
• Perform engine, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC and other major repairs.
• Complete thorough and accurate digital vehicle inspections.
• Write clear diagnostic and repair notes and communicate with service advisors.
• Maintain an organized workspace and take ownership of productivity and quality.

A-Level Automotive Technician / Master Technician

$45–$60 Per Flag Hour | Potential to Earn $150,000+ | Air-Conditioned Shop

Super Tech Automotive is looking for a proven, high-producing A-Level or Master Automotive Technician.

If you are tired of working in a hot shop, dealing with outdated equipment, waiting on approvals, or being held back by poor workflow, we offer a better opportunity. Our shop is air-conditioned and equipped with modern tools, strong service advisors, consistent car count, and organized processes designed to keep productive technicians turning hours.

This is not an entry-level position. We need an experienced technician who can accurately diagnose vehicles, perform high-level repairs, and consistently produce 45–60 flagged hours per week.

Compensation

• $45–$60 per flagged hour, based on experience, qualifications, diagnostic ability, and production
• Potential to earn approximately $150,000 or more annually
• Consistent workflow and strong car count
• Weekly pay by direct deposit

• We will pay to relocate your toolbox to Super Tech Automotive

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an A-Level, Master, or highly experienced automotive technician
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Professional technician tools
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Verifiable employment and production history
• ASE certifications strongly preferred
• Ability to pass applicable background and drug-screening requirements
