Honest-1 Auto Care in Fort Mill, SC is hiring an ASE Master Technician or A-Level Technician to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $35 to $46 based on experience, with a five-day workweek.

You will perform thorough digital inspections, communicate findings clearly to service advisors, and maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in a family-owned shop known for honest recommendations and strong customer service.

• Test-drive vehicles to evaluate concerns and verify completed repairs.
• Follow shop procedures and complete work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, professional appearance, and follow dress code.
• Help maintain shop equipment when applicable.
• Continue developing technical knowledge and diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• At least five years of automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a proven record of quality work and consistent productivity.
• Dependability and accountability for your work.
• A positive attitude and professional communication with customers, coworkers, vendors, and management.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass a background check.
