Job Overview:

As an A-Level Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. You will work closely with our service team to provide exceptional automotive service, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension.

- Carry out complex repairs and maintenance tasks, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary services.

- Keep accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer updates in our management system.

- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure timely completion of repairs and excellent customer service.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, industry trends, and repair techniques through continuous training and professional development.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices as needed.

Qualifications:

- Relevant automotive technician certification (e.g., ASE, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a fast-paced service environment.

- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment, as well as troubleshooting techniques.

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.

- Ability to Perform Wheel Alignments and suspension repairs a must.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
