We are looking for an A-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have an extensive service technician background with over 5 years of experience. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done, while overseeing lower level technicians and offering support.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission diagnostics, and hybrid/EV systems.
Utilize Ford IDS and other OEM diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex issues.
Perform in-depth warranty repairs and ensure compliance with Ford service standards.
Mentor and guide B-Level and entry-level technicians, assisting with their development and training.
Execute advanced vehicle programming and software updates.
Work closely with Service Advisors to provide accurate estimates and communicate repair needs.
Maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy in all repair work.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive service technician experience.
Ford Senior Master Technician or equivalent ASE certifications preferred.
Expertise in engine, transmission, electrical, and hybrid/EV system repairs.
Strong proficiency in Ford diagnostic tools (IDS, FDRS, or equivalent).
Ability to lead and mentor lower-level technicians.
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a safe driving record.
