JSN Auto in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Automotive Technician at $25-$50 per billed hour on a flat-rate basis with weekends off.

The role offers up to $120,000+ annually in earnings potential, a Monday-Friday schedule, modern diagnostic equipment, paid training, and a family-owned shop serving Sarasota since 1997. Candidates should have 3+ years' repair experience and ASE certifications are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• A-Level or B-Level automotive repair skill set.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform repairs independently.
• ASE Certifications preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
• Repair Domestic, Asian, and light-duty European vehicles
• Perform automotive maintenance and repair services
• Complete vehicle inspections and document findings
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
