Job summary

Global Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced surgeon for an inpatient locum position. The role features 24-hour beeper call coverage—call only, with no guaranteed hours. The patient load is typically 4–5 per shift on an inpatient service.

Ideal candidates have general and laparoscopic surgery skills, with hernioplasty required and OB/GYN surgery considered a plus. The hospital is stroke-certified and requires ATLS, ACLS and BLS certifications.
