Job summary

Stand-By Personnel is seeking an experienced A-Frame Assembly Technician to join our Claremore manufacturing team. You will build and assemble structural A-Frame components using hand tools, blueprints, and production instructions, with a Monday–Thursday 3:30 PM–2:00 AM shift.

The ideal candidate has assembly experience, can read diagrams, and follows safety procedures. This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers $22 per hour base pay plus $2 per hour shift differential, weekly pay, and

Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Experience safely using hand tools and general shop equipment.
• Knowledge of hardware, fasteners, and assembly methods.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble structural A-Frame components according to production requirements.
• Safely operate hand tools and general shop equipment during assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Verify components are properly positioned, aligned, and securely assembled.
• Follow production schedules and accurately report completed work.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety programs, procedures, and manufacturing requirements.
