Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia coverage in Virginia on a flexible, assignment basis. Responsibilities include spinal, epidural, regional, OB, neurosurgical spine, complex vascular cases, and managing complex orthopedic cases with ventilation and line insertions.

Shifts are Mon-Fri with 8, 10, or 12 hour options; 1:4 call rotation with weekend pager; 24-hour in-house support; paid malpractice and travel/housing; ongoing coverage potential; Weatherby consultants

Job description

• Mon - Fri; shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hrs -- must be flexible
• Call rotation typically 1:4 -- unrestricted pager for weeknight and weekend
• Weekend call: 48-hour pager call
• Adults required; pediatrics preferred
• 24-hour CRNA in-house support -- additional CRNA on-call 7pm - 7am
• Spinal, epidural, regional, OB, neurosurgical spine, and complex vascular
• Complex orthopedic cases, ventilation management, central and arterial line insertion
• Ongoing coverage potential
