CompHealth is recruiting for a hospital-based pathology support role in Tennessee. The position involves handling a high-volume daily workflow across surgical cases and cytologies, with on-site frozen sections and digital pathology reads.

The role includes credentialing assistance, housing and travel arrangements, and comprehensive malpractice coverage through the staffing agency. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a dedicated recruiter managing details.

Qualificações

• No cytotechnologist available to screen.
• Frozen sections required — PA on-site until approx. 3 pm
• Digital pathology — surgical cases read on computer
• Blood smear review included — no bone marrows

Responsabilidades

• Handle 35–50 surgical cases per day
• Perform 1–6 cytologies per day (FNAs, BALs, body fluids, sputums, brushings)
• Read surgical cases using digital pathology on computer
• Conduct blood smear reviews

• 1 - 6 cytologies per day -- FNAs, BALs, body fluids, sputums, brushings
• Hospital setting
