Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a medical provider in Eureka, California, to manage both inpatient and outpatient cases, specifically complex spine cases. Responsibilities include providing spinal surgery with and without instrumentation. The role requires day call coverage, night call coverage, and weekend 24-hour call coverage.

The position guarantees 8 hours per day with the expectation of seeing approximately 5 patients per shift. Furthermore, you will receive paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses along with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manage both inpatient and outpatient cases with a focus on complex spine cases.
• Provide spinal surgery with and without instrumentation.
• Cover day calls, night calls, and weekend calls as required.

Job description

• Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm clinic with day call included
• Night call coverage -- 5:00 pm - 8:30 am weekdays
• Weekend 24-hour call coverage required
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day
