Job summary

Service Garage in Appleton, WI is seeking an A-Level or B-Level automotive technician to perform advanced diagnostics and repair work. The role involves diagnosing electrical systems, performing maintenance, and inspecting vehicles across domestic, European, and Asian makes.

Tools must be provided by the technician, with Tekmetric handling repair orders and DVIs. The position offers hourly pay with a productivity bonus up to $15/hr, health benefits, 401(k), HSA, and PTO.

Qualifications

• A-Level or B-Level automotive technician experience and repair capabilities.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical repair, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systems.
• Ability to independently diagnose vehicle concerns and complete repairs.
• Experience performing comprehensive vehicle inspections.

• Must provide your own automotive tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
• Pay Structure: Hybrid compensation combining hourly base pay with productivity-based bonuses.
