Job summary

RGV Tire Pros in McAllen, Texas is seeking an A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of domestic and import vehicles. You will work independently with minimal supervision and bring your own tools.

We offer competitive flat-rate compensation of $18–$22 per flag hour, a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, and opportunities to earn more based on productivity in a full-time, team-oriented shop.

Qualifications

• Must have proven A-Level or B-Level automotive repair experience.
• Must have your own professional automotive tools.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently with minimal supervision.

NOW HIRING – A/B LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

RGV Tire Pros is looking for an experienced, skilled, and dependable A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.

We are seeking a qualified mechanic who can independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of domestic and import vehicles.

Pay & Compensation

• $18–$22 per flag hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Minimum of 30 flag hours per week guaranteed.
• Opportunity to earn more based on productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have proven A-Level or B-Level automotive repair experience.
• Must have your own professional automotive tools.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with engine performance, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and general mechanical repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using diagnostic scanners and automotive repair equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
