Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 7+ years of public accounting experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility and engagement management.
• Active CPA license required.
• Strong background in audit and accounting engagements.
• Proven experience supervising, mentoring, and developing staff.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of audit, compilation, and review engagements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their businesses.
• Plan, schedule, and staff engagements while managing workflow and budgets.
• Supervise, review, and provide feedback on workpapers, reports, and financial statements.
• Evaluate internal controls and ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Address engagement risks and communicate status and proposed solutions to partners.
