Location: 100% on-site in Bellefonte, PA. LOCAL to Centre County PA Candidates Only – No Relocation Allowed. Candidate is responsible for travel costs. All remote work must be completed within the United States. Candidate must work EST Business Hours.

Our client has an opening for a Technical Support Specialist position # 764156. This position is for 6+ months, with the possibility of extension, and requires on-site work in Bellefonte, PA. (Must be local to Centre County PA and work EST hours).

Description

The client seeks a System Administrator 2 to provide Tier 1 and 2 helpdesk support, including hands-on, telephone, and remote support for local and field staff.

The onsite work will be at the agency’s Centre County Regional Office:

595 E. Rolling Ridge Dr., Bellefonte, PA 16823

The successful candidate must meet or exceed deadlines and perform duties including:

  • Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support.
  • Configuring and installing PCs, laptops, and tablets.
  • Installing peripheral hardware such as printers and multi-function devices.
  • Monitoring and responding to helpdesk tickets.
  • Providing basic hardware and software training.
  • Meeting departmental and project deadlines.
  • Documenting and recommending issue/risk remediation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
