Job summary

Noblis in the National Capital Region is hiring two Project Control Analysts for a full-time onsite role at a government facility. You will manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and provide data-driven insights to support mission success.

You will collaborate with program managers to align funding with priorities, develop and maintain project plans, and monitor performance to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with years of experience as listed.
• Experience with government budgeting processes and reporting.
• Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and manage financial resources to ensure mission success and compliance with government regulations.
• Develop budgets, track expenditures, perform financial forecasting, and provide data-driven insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with program managers to align funding with operations priorities and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, schedules, costs, and progress to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Identify risks, issues, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Track project metrics and prepare status reports for leadership and teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align activities and resources.
• Support change management; evaluate impacts to scope, schedule, and budget.
