Position Overview

The main objective is to operate forklifts safely and efficiently, facilitating the movement of products and raw materials, loading and unloading trailers, and preparing products for shipping to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Forklift Operator Certification preferred
• Dependable attendance and flexibility for non-standard hours
• Ability to manage job-related stress and maintain positive workplace interactions

Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, food safety, and safety procedures
• Operate forklift properly and complete daily maintenance checks
• Familiarize with customer products and storage procedures

Work Environment

• Extreme heat conditions above 100°F for extended periods
• Loud noise levels
• Potential hazards including machinery, electrical currents, debris, chemicals, gases

Training

• Workplace safety rules and regulations
• cGMPs and SOPs

Physical Activities

• Stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, standing for long periods
