Job summary

Philadelphia Academies, Inc. is seeking a full-time 9th Grade Success & Data Coach to support six partner high schools. You will guide data-driven planning, monitor MTSS-informed interventions, and help build distributed leadership for 9th-grade On-Track outcomes.

You will collaborate with district partners, facilitate professional development, and contribute to Network-wide learning. Compensation ranges $65,000–$70,000 with a full benefits package and strong transit access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience coaching adult professionals and delivering professional development.
• Multiple years in public schools or related education roles.
• Experience partnering with teachers/administrators to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with MTSS and data-driven interventions.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach 9th Grade Assistant Principals at 6 high schools with data-driven coaching.
• Guide leaders in data review and planning to inform decisions.
• Attend weekly 9th Grade Team meetings and provide coaching.
• Lead quarterly data review and practice reflection with principals.
• Plan and deliver school-level professional development sessions and network Community of Practice meetings.
• Collaborate with district partners to adapt data tools for 9th graders.
• Document progress and write in-depth quarterly reports for stakeholders.
• Attend signature events and fundraisers as needed.
