DC Army National Guard seeks Soldiers to maintain the electronic systems that keep weapons firing on the battlefield. As a Small Arms/Artillery Repairer, you’ll work with handguns, shotguns, sniper rifles, and ballistic missiles while training for civilian careers as electronic mechanics or avionics technicians.

Job training for Small Arms/Artillery Repairers consists of 10 weeks of Basic Training, where you'll learn basic Soldiering skills, and 7 weeks of Advanced Individual Training. Training consists of both classroom and field work.
