Your role at a glance

The Data Center Technician provides a working level of data center knowledge and is responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems. The Data Center Technician maintains and follows the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way. Ensures that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly, that contractors deliver quality services, and that internal customer demands are met.

What we are looking for

This position requires work to be done onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device. A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable. NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $39.57 - $73.51 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal 'Wage and Hour' requirements. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance. Compensation Pay Range

For roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process. This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
