NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician to support electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational integrity at our facilities.

You will follow established processes to maximize customer uptime in a cost-effective manner, identify and repair issues quickly, and oversee contractor performance while meeting internal customer demands.

Job description

Your role at a glance

The Data Center Technician provides a working level of data center knowledge and is responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems. The Data Center Technician maintains and follows the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way. Ensures that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly, that contractors deliver quality services, and that internal customer demands are met.

Compensation Pay Range

This position requires work to be done onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device. A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable. NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. This position is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal 'Wage and Hour' requirements. Hourly base salary for this position is: $39.57 - $73.51. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
