Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in statistics, data analysis, correlation methods.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources.
• Develop, test, and apply statistical models and machine learning techniques.
• Create reports and dashboards translating findings into clear insights.

Skills

Strong SQL and relational database skills

Experience integrating and transforming data

Proficiency in Python or R

Advanced Excel skills

Knowledge of semiconductor or laser manufacturing

Education

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Data Science or related field
