PowerLines seeks a Systems Coordinator to manage statewide 9-1-1 system databases and support ESCB operations in Augusta, Maine. You will analyze activities, prepare reports, and advise on policy changes while coordinating with municipal officials, emergency providers, and telecommunications partners.

This role reports to the Deputy Director and requires strong communication and analytical skills. Light physical duties are required; you will maintain manuals and public education materials for

Qualificações

• Six (6) years of education, training, or experience in organizational analysis or managerial systems.
• Experience evaluating and improving organizational processes.
• Experience in 9-1-1/public safety contexts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Researches and resolves 9-1-1 location discrepancy reports and assists with reports and analysis of system operations.
• Conducts management review of Bureau rules compliance by telephone companies and develops statistical documentation.
• Develops and updates manuals outlining municipality and telephone company participation in the 9-1-1 system.
• Prepares official correspondence and updates organization website content.
• Coordinates public education materials and equipment for PSAPs.
• Serves as Recorder for the 9-1-1 Advisory Council.
• Represents ESCB as Preservation of State Government Records liaison.
