Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in subject matter (or 24+ credit hours in applicable subject matter with other degree).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate subject and grade specific lesson plans.
• Provide instruction on a higher level than grade-standard in an interactive learning environment.
• Implement the BASIS Curriculum by designing effective lessons and assessments.
• Collaborate with BASIS Curriculum teachers to develop curriculum material.
• Tutor students in content-specific knowledge and skills to boost academic progress.
• Manage student behavior to foster achievement and responsibility.
• Support non-instructional functions such as Early Bird and Late Bird.
