Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with parents, students, and staff.
• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Willingness to follow directions and guidance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• General office skills.
• Confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate practices and attend meets.
• Provide leadership to staff in support of Head Coach.
• Encourage student participation and build rapport.
• Motivate athletes to reach potential.
• Collaborate with Head Coach, Activities Director, families, and community resources.
• Ensure compliance with rules and district policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head Coach.
