Job summary

Wilmette District 39 seeks an 8th-grade boys volleyball coach for the upcoming season. This temporary role involves coaching, mentoring, and supervising student-athletes in a school gym and game venues as scheduled.

The coach will plan practices, teach fundamentals, supervise athletes, and maintain equipment while ensuring safety. CPR/First Aid certification preferred and reporting to the Athletic Director or school administrator.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coaching or playing volleyball preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and support young athletes.
• Must be available for practices and games as scheduled.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Start Date: Beginning of February through Beginning of April

Position Summary:

The 8th-Grade Boys Volleyball Coach is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and supervising student-athletes in the 8th-grade boys volleyball program. This is a temporary position for the duration of the volleyball season.
