Job summary

Liberty Middle School is seeking an Basketball Boys Assistant Coach for 8th grade to support the team across practices and games. Starting immediately, you will work under the Athletic Director and Head Coach to implement training programs and prepare student athletes for competition.

The role requires active supervision, safety awareness, and collaboration with school staff to promote sportsmanship and program development within Liberty Public Schools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze opponent strategies and develop game plans.
• Assess student athletes for performance feedback and placement.
• Assist Head Coach with off-season programs and camps.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and events to stay informed.
• Supervise participants and communicate program needs to staff.
• Monitor academic eligibility with the Head Coach to support athletes.
